Each Faculty or partner-funded scholarship must be accompanied by the relevant establishment forms to allow UGS to complete the paperwork and arrange payment for the student. Each scholarship requires a Commencement Form and an Appointment of Scholarship Holder Form. These should be forwarded to UGS once the scholarship has been signed off at Faculty and RIO level.
