The major milestones in the completion of your research degree are:

•  the Doctoral Assessment or Masters degree by research, which is to be completed within the equivalent of one year into your candidature;
• the completion of progress reports each semester and;
• Presentation and submission of your thesis;
• the examination process will assist with everything you need to know about layout of your thesis to names of binders.

Other steps for some students may include;

• transferring from one degree program to another,
• requesting an extension to a scholarship pdf,
• requesting to change candidature details pdf,
• requesting an extension of candidature pdf when beyond funded time,
• or applying for leave of absence.

If your study is not going as expected and you wish to withdraw totally from your research degree you will need to submit Notice of Withdrawal.
