UTS students can now lodge their notice of course withdrawal on-line. Please read the following important information before you lodge your notice.

Course withdrawal is effective from the date you lodge your notice.

• If your withdrawal notice is lodged before the Census date in the semester in which you are applying (31st March in Autumn semester, and 31st August in Spring semester) a refund/remission of any fees liability will be calculated.
• Withdrawals submitted after these dates may be treated as special situations.

Once you have lodged your notice of course withdrawal, you will receive an email confirming receipt of this and another email (at a later date) informing you of the outcome. Please make sure that you check your UTS email account on a regular basis or have it forwarded to an account that you check.
